The COVID pandemic pushed corporations worldwide into an unplanned experiment of distant working to maintain companies going after strict security measures had been imposed.
Now that staff have realised that working from residence is feasible, many are reluctant to return to the workplace, or at the least not full time.
Globally, about one-quarter of staff would stop or begin in search of one other job in the event that they had been requested to return 5 days per week, analysis has discovered. Many want to have versatile working hours or a shorter work week.
